There are 16 people on the diocesan staff and two bishops - the diocesan Bishop and the Assistant Bishop. The primary work is supporting the ministries and development of our 113 congregations and many committees, commissions and other organizations, as well as the non-parochial and retired clergy.
The Bishop’s office consists of the two bishops and the Canon to the Ordinary, who is responsible for clergy deployment and congregational development. In addition there are three administrative assistants.
The Canon to the Ordinary is assisted by several program managers: the Youth Missioner, the Resource Center Director and the Justice Missioner. The Canon is a member of the Bishop’s senior staff.
The finance department includes the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a controller and two bookkeepers. The CFO is a member of the Bishop’s senior staff.
The Diocesan Administrator is assisted by a receptionist, a property manager, a building custodian and a computer network administrator who is also editor of the diocesan newspaper. The Administrator is a member of the Bishop’s senior staff.
